Digitek Automation Systems is a full service DNC service company. Besides the sales of high quality DNC software packages we also offer a complete installation service. We've been installing DNC systems for over 13 years now and have the experience and skills necessary to connect all of your machine tools to a DNC system.
If you have ever tried to connect a machine tool to a computer you know that this is not a simple task. In fact if you've never done it, the job can down right frustrating and very time consuming. This is truly one of those things that sounds a lot easier then it ends up being.

Do you own a Remex DNC system? Are you having problems obtaining service and support? We can help.
The Remex DNC system was a good one when it was sold back in the late 80's and early 90's. Hundreds of companies purchased the system in its prime. Unfortunately, Remex is no longer in business. As a result most users are left high and dry for technical assistance. That is unless they know about Digitek. In the United States and Canada we are probably the only company left that is experienced with the Remex DNC system and is able to offer technical support. For more than ten years now we've been assisting companies all over the USA and Canada with their Remex DNC systems.
We can provide assistance with the following:
| We can work with you to support all parts of your Remex DNC CPD Software and Hardware. |
| We can help you organize all of the files contained in the READY directory in an easier to administer format. |
| If you need to upgrade your CPD computers to something faster, we can help you to configure the new computer's BIOS and the modify the CPD software to allow it to run on a faster platform. |
| If your company has not already upgraded to CPD version 4.04, we can assist you with that upgrade. |
| You can even run the Remex DNC CPD software under Windows NT with some limitations. |
| If you just have questions on how the Remex DNC software works or any of the other components contact us and we can give you answers. |
| If you wish, we can replace your Remex DNC system with a professionally installed PC-BASED system, for a fraction of the cost of the original Remex DNC system. During the conversion to a new DNC system we will work with you to convert all the Remex DNC formatted NC programs back to DOS format for use with our new system. |

Networks can setup with a mix of PC operating systems. Any combination of PC's running Windows or DOS operating systems can be successfully networked together.
Over the years we've found that, setting up a network in a shop while not difficult, can be a source of frustration if you've never done it before. You can waste quite a bit of time trying to get network adapter cards installed and configured. Then even more time trying to get your DOS or Windows computers to communicate with each other. We have the equipment and experience necessary to get your company's new network up and running.

Are you or your shop personnel a little fuzzy on the how to effectively use their computers, your networks or the internet? If so we can help. Arrangements can be made for an experienced Digitek field trainer to visit your shop. Our trainer will conduct training in either a group setting or t we can offer you Face-to-Face Training. Your personnel will sit down with a trainer from Digitek to receive personalized 1-to-1 training, or a group of shop personnel for hands-on instruction. Our trainers will deliver quality training in the convenience of your plant.
